Ink black colour. The nose is dominated by delicious cherry fruit. On the palate very nice cherry fruit, supported by good acidity, herbs, liquorice. Still a bit closed, a lot going on ‘for a Dolcetto’. Serious stuff…
Italo Vini Selection Dolcetto d’Alba 2005. Rood fruit, fruitsiroop, een hint van bitter, en verfrissende zuren. Lekkere wijn, met redelijk wat vulling. Onze proeffles was mogelijk lichtjes gekurkt, dus oordeel onder voorbehoud. 85/100. Gemaakt door Francesco Achilli, Santa Maria della Versa. Verkrijgbaar bij Delhaize voor 8,99 euro.
