2003 Giovanni Almondo Roero Bric Valdiana – Italy, Piedmont, Alba, Roero (11/17/2006)
Nice, very aromatic nose with black fruit, liquorice and nuts. Inititally closed on the palate, with hints of coffee, serious tannins and dito acids. Improves in the glass, when the black fruit becomes more prominent and the tannines better integrated; good fulling. Needs time. (91 pts.)
