2009 Dönnhoff Norheimer Dellchen Riesling Großes Gewächs – Germany, Nahe (4/7/2011)
Apricot, pear, apple, melon, lychee, exotic spices, slate on the nose; all this returns on the very intense, but fairly ripe palate; citruslike acidity, lots of glycerol, long aftertaste, very primary, but a lot going on already in this wine… is certainly already enjoyable, but will surely evolve into something special. Score probably on the conservative side. (93 points)
