Graffite, black berries, leather, spices, meat and coffee in the engaging nose. Still somewhat harsh tannins on the palate, but lots of material: black fruit, coffee, graffite, spices etc. Chewy texture, already very balanced. Accessible now with decanting and food, but needs more time to give it all. Very good indeed. (92 pts.)

Zeer aangename neus met zwarte bessen, graffiet, leder, specerijen, vlees en koffie. Mondvullend, met nog stevige tannines, maar ook heel veel materiaal: zwart fruit, koffie, graffiet, specerijen etc. Gebalanceerd en nu al toegankelijk mits decanteren en koppeling met voedsel. Heeft nog tijd nodig om zich volledig te geven. Zeer goed. 13,5%.
