Bordeaux vraagt te hoge En primeur prijzen voor het oogstjaar 2006. Dat vinden vooral de invloedrijke in Londen-gebaseerde Britse wijnhandelaren. Nadat de administratieve rechtbank van Bordeaux onlangs de nieuwe Crus Bourgeois du Médoc classificatie vernietigde, gebeurt nu hetzelfde met de Saint-Emilion-classificatie 2006, die elf châteaux degradeerde. De ‘Grand Contournement’, een super-ringweg rond Bordeaux door de wijnstreken Médoc en Côtes de Bourg en Blaye, komt er misschien niet.
