Michelin Netherlands 2010: 83 restaurants with ‘interesting wine list’

The Michelin Guide 2010 Netherlands recommends 83 restaurants with a ‘very interesting wine list’. In all, the guide recommends 655  restaurants. Fifteen percent of the selection is new. There are 91 starred restaurants, including 12 new. One new restaurant receives two star: Boreas in Heeze. Eleven new restaurants get 1 star: De Safraan (Amersfoort), Vinkeles (Amsterdam), Le Restaurant (Amsterdam), Soigné (Bussum), Sonoy (Emmeloord), Niven (Rijswijk), IVY (Rotterdam), Fred (Rotterdam), Wollerich (Sint-Oedenrode), O Mundo (Wageningen) en Mijn Keuken (Wouw). There are also 93 “Bib Gourmand” restaurants, including 17 new. These restaurants offer a full menu for 35 euros. There are 124 restaurants that serve a simple menu of less than 26 euros. These are indicated in the guide with two coins. Lose their star: In De’n Dillegaard (Nuth), ‘t Raethuys (Wateringen; the star went with the cook to Niven in Rijswijk) en ‘t Veerhuis (Wolphaartsdijk).
