2005 Provins Valais Arvine Grand Métral – Switzerland, Valais (5/19/2008)
An elegant, fresh and balanced pinot noir from Switzerland, that needed about 3 days to fully strut its stuff. Not a turbo wine, but just plain good drinking. (90 pts.)
