2005 Château de Carlmagnus – France, Bordeaux, Libournais, Fronsac (5/16/2008)
Expressive nose, modern palate. Black berries, black coffee, spices and herbs, sweet tannins, refreshing acidity, good balance. Very good wine and a great qpr. Accessible now, probably better in a few years. Might merit a higher score. (from 375 ml) (90 pts.)
