Opened 17:15 CET, bottle very cold – Citrus, zeste, melon and peach in the fruity and minerals infused very enjoyable nose. With the first sip the strong acidity hits you, but it is immediately followed by lots of ripe yellow fruit aromas, a hint of petrol and complex mineral and stone impressions. Very slightly spritzy at this stage. Improves in the glass, last is the best. Has a long future, is now very primary but enjoyable in an educational kind of way. (92 pts.)
In de fruitig-mineralige neus citrus, zeste, meloen en perzik. Zet zuur aan, maar dit wordt onmiddellijk gevolgd door massa’s rijp geel fruit, een hint van petroleum en complexe impressies van mineralen en stenen. Een klein spoortje van CO2. Verbetert in het glas, het laatste glas is het beste. Van een later geproefde fles bleef een restje 12 uur in de ongekurkte fles achter. Dit proefde nog steeds jong. Heeft een lange toekomst, maar is nu in zijn primaire jeugd wel heel plezierig om te drinken. Verkrijgbaar bij Langbeen Duitse Topwijn voor 30 euro (ook magnums beschikbaar).
