WHO: Europeans drink 12,5 liters of alcohol per annum

Europeans consume on average 12,5 liters alcohol per person per year, or the equivalent of 3 glasses of wine per day, says the WHO in its latest alcoholreport: WHO: Global Status Report on Alcohol and Health 2011.
