2007 Sottimano Barbaresco Cottá – Italy, Piedmont, Langhe, Barbaresco (11/14/2010)
Intense aromas and flavours of fresh strawberries, other red fruits, cherry stones, exotic spices, and minerals, refreshed by cherry-like acidity and supported by grainy, soft, sweet tannins. Great balance, depth and persistence, still very young. Will undoubtedly close down, but if you have several bottles you owe it to yourself to taste one now. Jummy! (93 points)
