Michelin Netherlands 2010: 83 restaurants with ‘interesting wine list’

The Michelin Guide 2010 Netherlands recommends 83 restaurants with a ‘very interesting wine list’. In all, the guide recommends 655  restaurants. Fifteen percent of the selection is new. The Michelin Guide 2010 Belgium-Luxembourg recommends 148 restaurants with a ‘very interesting wine list’. In all, the guide recommends 1009 restaurants, including 103 new addresses.
