The Michelin Guide 2010 Netherlands recommends 83 restaurants with a ‘very interesting wine list’. In all, the guide recommends 655  restaurants. Fifteen percent of the selection is new. There are 91 starred restaurants, including 12 new. One new restaurant receives two star: Boreas in Heeze. The Michelin Guide 2010 Belgium-Luxembourg recommends 148 restaurants with a ‘very interesting wine list’. In all, the guide recommends 1009 restaurants, including 103 new addresses. Twenty percent of the overall selection is renewed. There are 114 starred restaurants, including 19 new.
