2005 Vietti Roero Arneis – Italy, Piedmont, Alba, Roero (11/9/2006)
Fresh and fruity wine, with a slight hint of bitterness (typical for the grape), a hint of butterscotch (?), nice acidity and good glycerol filling. An enjoyable white wine for immediate consumption. I paid 15 euro at a restaurant in Piemont and 8,5 euro in a local shop. (88 pts.)
