2001 Château La Tour Carnet - France, Bordeaux, Médoc, Haut-Médoc (2/18/2006)
Aromatic nose, black soft fruit, chocolate, coffee, some liquorice, good balance, spicy aftertaste. Tasty wine. The only thing I like less is the slight touch of coconut in the aftertaste. Very good for its price nonetheless. (91 pts.)
Aromatische, 'moderne' neus. In de neus en de mond zacht zwart fruit, chocolade, koffie en wat drop. Goede balans, kruidige afdronk. Smakelijke wijn. De lichte toets van kokosnoot in de afdronk beviel me wat minder. Toch heel goed voor zijn prijs. Ca. 20 euro.
